Garden Volunteer
Explore volunteer opportunities in the Pentillie Gardens!
Steeped in history dating back to the late 17th century, Pentillie Castle’s gardens boast 55 acres of magnificent woodland. However, maintaining this historic beauty comes with its challenges, and we are on a mission to restore the grounds to their former glory.
While we are on the lookout for a new senior gardener, we are excited to welcome back Sue Bryant, who brings a wealth of experience in volunteer management and horticultural education. With Sue's expertise, we are thrilled to continue hosting our volunteer programme at Pentillie, and we invite you to be a part of it!
Garden Volunteer mornings are typically on the first and third Tuesday of the month. No prior gardening experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and gardening gloves!
If you're eager to get your hands dirty and contribute to the restoration of Pentillie's gardens, we would love to have you join us. To register your interest as a garden volunteer, please fill out the form below. We will put you on our waiting list and contact you when we have space in the programme.
Once you become a Pentillie Garden Volunteer, you will receive updates regarding Garden Volunteer mornings through a WhatsApp group.
