Community Kitchen Spring Garden Open Day

Soak in the seasonal blooms as you stroll through the gardens and support a wonderful community enterprise!
Join us for our final Garden Open Day of 2025 on Sunday 18th May 2025 from 11am until 5pm in aid of the Saltash Community Kitchen.
Wander through the gardens from the terraces to the riverside where BBC One’s Beyond Paradise is filmed, explore Pentillie’s stunning grounds in the tranquillity of the Cornish countryside.
Saltash Community Kitchen, established in 2022, is one of the many Enterprises initiated by Community Enterprise PL12, a local Community Interest Company. At the Community Kitchen, Saltash volunteers focus on collecting food which may otherwise end up in landfill. Much of the food is used to create delicious and imaginative meals which are served to members of the community in a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. The remainder of the rescued food is offered at the Community Fridge and Larder. The Community Kitchen and Larder is run entirely by committed and dedicated volunteers.
Tickets
Garden entry is priced at £7.50 per person. Under 16’s go free, and dogs are welcome on short leads! All of the money raised from the garden entry fee will go directly to the charity.

Pop-up Castle Café
Join us inside the Castle from 12 noon until 4pm to enjoy a selection of handmade cakes, freshly brewed Owen’s Coffee, and tea.
We will also have Cream Tea boxes available to purchase for you to enjoy in the gardens!
